Shipping & Returns

We deliver to the UK and some over seas countries.

Our delivery charges are stated during checkout and in your shopping basket for each method of delivery we offer.

Items where this may vary are large filter, glass items, and long lengths of pipe. These items have special delivery codes and will show before check out.

All UV bulbs and quartz sleeves are sent out at customers own risk meaning no refund if not working or delivered damaged/broken.

All in stock items are sent out the next working day via your chosen delivery method.

Deliverys can be made anytime between 7 am to 7 pm Monday to Sunday.

Free shipping times can take 3 - 5 day delivery after dispatch.

You will receive a conformation email stating your item has been dispatched so please enter a valid email address when creating your account with us.

Orders should be dispatched within 48 hours, however we reserve the right to hold dispatch until all items are in stock.

If an item can not be obtained or is discontinued we have the right to cancel your order we will inform you if this is the case.

If a discontinue item or if a unobtainable item is part of an order containing more than one item we have the right to send the other instock ordered items and refund the payment for the discontinued/unobtainable item.

We will contact you if this is the case.

Pick up of any items can be arranged via prior arrangement as some items may need to be ordered in especially for you.

Orders to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas may be charged at higher rates - we will call or email to advise you of any changes and give you the option of going ahead or cancelling your order so please give us your correct email address and telephone number.

If your item has been damaged during transit please sign the delivery note as DAMAGED and refuse delivery.

A claim will only be accepted if the item has been signed for as damaged.

Returns & Warranties

Returns will only be accepted if prior arrangement is made within 7 days after 7 days no returns will be accepted.

All items must be returned to us within 7 days or no refunds will be given.

All electrical goods are covered by a 12 month manufactures warranty (unless otherwise stated).

In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty, DOA (Dead on arrival) or damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of the date of delivery via email in order for us to arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

After 7 days, should the goods become faulty you will need to contact a local authorised repair centre or the manufacturer of the product.

Please note that although your warranty covers both parts and labour it does not cover delivery and collection costs of the goods to and from the repairer and some service centres may charge for this.

Any charge must be paid by you, the customer, directly to the service agent if applicable.

If the Goods are returned to the warehouse within 7 days we will only refund if they are un repairable and a replacement model is no longer manufactured.

All returns must be returned in the original box & With all associated accessories & manual etc with no exceptions!

If you have bought the goods in error or have purely changed your mind we have followed the distance selling regulations Act of 2000.

You are required to send a notice of cancellation in writing including or e-mail & Return the goods (at your cost) within 7 days of receiving the item(s) You must state your invoice number, item number and reason for cancellation of the goods.

A telephone call is not enough to constitute cancellation.

You are fully responsible for returning the item via a signed for service as we cannot be held liable for any loss unless proof of delivery is obtained if the item looks as if it has been damaged during transit we will check the item and if it is damaged we will refuse delivery and sign the docket as damaged an no refund will be given it will be up to you to claim from the courier; a refund will be given less the delivery cost & a re-stocking cost of 20% providing the following * criteria * are met:

If you are not in possession of your invoice, no returns or warranty will be carried out. (This applies to all orders without exception)

Goods must be re-packaged as received (e.g.. if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box or product in any way) all components and accessories must be returned. If the product has been used or returned without packaging it will be counted as second hand goods & an admin fee will charged @ 50% of the original.

We will not except returns on any filter media used or unused, used filters,opened or unopened food or (pipe work or bottom drains).

Once you have installed any pipes or bottom drains we can not be held liable for any damage as this may have been caused during installation or due to improper installation so there for we will not be held responsible for this.

We recommend that if you are experiencing problems with your purchase that you check out the instruction manual.

Experience tells us that in many cases checking there can often solve what seems like a fault quickly and easily.

Should your item arrive late or damaged caused by the courier service, it is your responsibility to contact the couriers for compensation or insurance we only act on your behalf sending the goods and the contract is between you and them.
